The Solaris Urbino Electric 8.9LE was one of the first electric city buses in Europe when introduced in 2011.
During my time with the Solaris Research and Development department, I was a part of the Electric Urbino design team. I worked on the exterior aesthetic changes, reflecting innovative drivetrain technology.
